Scope. This notice applies to midlandcsupport.com (all pages/subdomains) and to information we receive from prospects, customers, vendors, and subcontractors via forms, email, or file uploads.
What we collect. Name, work email/phone, company, role; project details (SOW/CLINs, quantities, timelines); business identifiers (UEI, CAGE, D-U-N-S, NAICS/PSC); quotes/pricing; resumes; and files you upload.
How we use it. To respond to inquiries, scope work, prepare quotes and proposals, onboard vendors, manage projects, and maintain business records.
Sharing. With vetted subcontractors/teaming partners for pricing and qualification; with government agencies as part of solicitations or performance; and with service providers (hosting, email, e-signature, storage). We do not sell personal information.
Payments. Invoices and payments are handled by third-party processors (e.g., Melio ACH, PayPal). MCS does not collect or store full bank/routing or card numbers.
Do not send. Please do not submit SSNs, full bank/routing numbers, PHI, or CUI/ITAR-controlled data through our site or standard email. If needed, we will provide a secure channel.
Retention. Bid/contract records: at least 3 years after final payment (or longer if required). Invoice/payment records: up to 7 years for tax and accounting.
Email. We email to deliver quotes, proposals, contracts, invoices, and updates. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time; operational emails may still be sent.
Your rights. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion. Contact us to exercise these rights.
